Cool Blue Flame Designs is led by Phillip Harper, Jr. Phillip has nearly 15 years of graphic design experience with a number of companies. For the past decade, he worked for a national education company as the Lead Graphic Designer and IT Manager. Phillip created all of the materials, curricula, workbooks, and manuals that the company produced. Since he is also fluent in Spanish, this included translating and composing much of the company’s materials into Spanish, as well as communicating with Spanish-speaking customers in Puerto Rico.
Duties at the company included designing, publishing, and updating the company’s Web site; designing and composing all business materials (curricula, advertisements, e-mail marketing, ads, Web site, curriculum CD-ROM’s, PowerPoint™ Presentations, movies, corporate identity, letterhead, business cards, training materials, conference materials, brochures, flyers, books, workbooks, displays, banners, CD-ROM menus, etc.); as well as many other managerial responsibilities.
